Photo day is here! If scheduling was selected, you’ll have a reserved session time. Need to adjust it? Use the Manage Booking link in your confirmation email or simply arrive when available and we’ll work you into the schedule whenever possible. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so our team can help you look polished and camera-ready before your session.

We also provide a staging area for final touch-ups, including mirrors, combs, mints, spare ties, oil-reducing pads, and dryer sheets for flyaways and static. These small details help ensure a confident, professional, and consistent look across the entire team.

After your session, you’ll receive a private proof gallery by email the same day. Please make your selections within 24–36 hours, as retouching begins once all participant selections are submitted. We recommend reviewing your images on a larger screen so you can confidently choose your favorite.

Typically, a small conference room or 10×12 area is minimum but we would love to have more room. We review space requirements during consultation to ensure optimal lighting and workflow.  We will also make a trip prior to the shoot and look over the shooting area.
